Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group: In this study both group receive general anesthesia. Fentanyl plus midazalam will be used three to four minutes before induction of anesthesia as a pre-medication.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Body Mass Index between 18 and 30 Be in American Society Anesthesiologist Score 1 or 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Being addicted to Opioid Alcohol or Narcotic abuse or drinking Alcohol before entering the Operation room Hypersensitivity to implemented drugs Implemented drugs being contraindicated Having cardio vascular diseases Using antidepressant drugs Hypertension Seizure Liver or kidney disfunction Weight lower than 50 kilograms

Postoperative pain after Laminectomy using Visual Analogue Score (VAS). Timepoint: The use of Visual Analogue Score (VAS) in the intervals of 1, 6, 12, 24 hours after the operation for pain intensity. Method of measurement: Visual Analogue Score (VAS).;Amount of morphine consumption. Timepoint: the intervals of 1, 6, 12, 24 hours after the operation. Method of measurement: Determining and recording the amount of morphine in milligrams in the intervals of 1, 6, 12, and 24 hours after the operation in both groups by referring to the nursing report in the patient's file and communicating with the relevant department.	—
