Inclusion criteria: Medical student at Tehran University of Medical Sciences Students are studying in 1-year of curriculum Tendency to participation in study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Probationary students and any from other universities Not filling out the questionnaires Not participating in conflict management course

MeasureTime frame
Attitude, skills and conflict management styles of medical students. Timepoint: one week after education. Method of measurement: Dutch questionnaire to determine students' conflict management styles, questionnaire to evaluate students' attitude towards conflict management and checklist to assess students' conflict management skills during role playing.
