Inclusion criteria: Age limit 18 years Patients with hypothyroidism Patient's satisfaction with participating in the study Not having a mental illness Under treatment for hypothyroidism

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Dissatisfaction with attending training sessions Inability to answer questions
