Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Have a bachelor's degree in nursing or higher To work as a nurse in one of the departments of Aja hospitals located in the cities of Isfahan and Tehran She or he has not participated in preparation courses to deal with crisis situations before Have electronic equipment (smartphone, tablet, laptop, etc.) to participate in the electronic workshop.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A nurse working in the psychiatric department of an army hospital Unwillingness to cooperation by the nurse

Method of measurement: Davis Empathy Questionnaire.;Communication skill (Queendom communication skill questionnaire score). Timepoint: before the intervention and one week after the end of the intervention. Method of measurement: Questionnaire for measuring Queendom communication skills.
