Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Over 75 years old Ability to stand for at least 1 minute and walk 10 meters or more independently or with a regular cane Physician's authorization for this study and ability to perform Frankl exercises Not taking sedatives or any specific medications that affect balance.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Having any neurological, severe respiratory, vascular, metabolic and uncontrollable musculoskeletal disease Having any severe and serious visual and hearing disorders Major psychiatric disease, cognitive disorder Having chronic diseases of the musculoskeletal system (rheumatism, chronic arthritis, and osteoporosis) (confirmed by a specialist physician)
