Inclusion criteria: Diagnosing obsessive-compulsive disorder by a psychiatrist and using the cut-off point of the obsessive-compulsive symptoms scale Physical ability to do homework Age range 20 to 60 years

Exclusion criteria: Suffering from other psychological disorders Participatiing in other psychotherapy interventions Physical disability
