Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Definitive diagnosis of carpal tunnel syndrome by a specialist doctor based on a nerve conduction velocity test score that is higher than average Not participating in another study at the same time Not having severe weakness and atrophy in the thenar region Not having kidney impairment and diabetes No history of damage to the wrist and median nerve Not having simultaneous surgery in the upper limb
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The patient does not want to continue the treatment The occurrence of any problem that prevents the completion of treatment procedures
