Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient candidates performing MRI Ability to communicate in Persian Acceptable listening and speaking ability Willingness to participate in research Do not take sedatives or narcotics before the study Having suitable physical condition with the approval of the doctor Getting the score of at least 20 on the Spielberger Anxiety Scale in two subscales (overt and covert Age range between 20 to 75 years No severe psychiatric disorders such as psychotic disorders, bipolar disorder, panic disorder and no depression People undergoing MRI of the organs for which the person's body is completely inserted into the MRI tunnel (Head-First MRI)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: People undergoing abdominal MRI due to the need to follow instructions during a respiratory scan People undergoing MRI of organs for which the upper limbs, including the patient's head, are placed outside the MRI tunnel (Feet-First MRI)
