Inclusion criteria: Patients with pelvic organ prolapse
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with active or recurrent genital infection (genital herpes, candidiasis) Recurrent urinary tract infection History of pelvic radiotherapy or vaginal brachytherapy History of reconstructive pelvic surgery
