Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criterion for this study is the willingness of nurses. Over 25 years old Interested in learning about spiritual care

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criterion is the nurses' unwillingness to participate in this study. Age over 55 years

1. Familiarity with the protocol for implementing spiritual care. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the start of the intervention). After the end of the intervention and 3 months after the end of the intervention. Method of measurement: Spiritual Care Questionnaire.;2. The impact of the educational package on nurses' awareness of spiritual care and its importance. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the start of the intervention). After the end of the intervention and 3 months after the end of the intervention. Method of measurement: Spiritual Care Questionnaire.;3. The proper understanding of their role in the spiritual care process. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the start of the intervention). After the end of the intervention and 3 months after the end of the intervention. Method of measurement: Spiritual Care Questionnaire.;4. Identifying indications for cases requiring spiritual care and referring them to spiritual care specialists. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the start of the intervention).
