Interventions
Intervention 1: Intervention group: will receive analgesia along with 1000 cc of additional IV fluid treatment. Intervention 2: Control group: Will only receive analgesia.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients over 18 years old with renal colic Pain score over 5 based on Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) Consent to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of underlying heart and kidney diseases Pregnant women Receiving analgesics in the last 2 hours High blood pressure Patients whose pain is due to causes other than renal colic
