Intervention 1: Intervention group: Treatment with supra ptellar nailing. Intervention 2: Control group: Treatment with infra ptellar nailing.

Inclusion criteria: shaft fracture of tibia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Failure to accept the patient or inability to use the IMN method for any other reason
