Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Written informed consent to enter the studyPregnancy over 38 weeks based on the first day of the last menstrual period or ultrasound during the first 3 months of pregnancyNo contraindications for natural childbirthSuitability for natural childbirthcephalic presentation of the baby
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Chronic and systemic diseases such as diabetes and heart disease mproper fetal position such as breeching, Existence of fetal disorders such as hydrops and hydrocephalus Women with high-risk pregnancies (e.g. preeclampsia) Contraindications to evening primrose oil (people with a history of seizures, people with schizophrenia receiving phenothiazines, bleeding disorders, or medications that slow blood clotting) Drop in fetal heart rate during the studyStop fetal descent Bleeding
