Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of Irritable Bowel Syndrome by a gastroenterologist Age group 20 to 45 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: having an addiction Having a psychological disorders Psychiatric drug use having heart and respiratory diseases
