Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Seniors 60 years old and above, covered by the health centers of Mashhad Having a score higher than 7 in the short cognitive test (AMT) No problems that make communication difficult or impossible (speech disorder or uncorrected hearing problem) No serious and acute physical diseases (such as cold, controlled diabetes, heart or brain stroke, lung infection, etc.)

MeasureTime frame
The measurable result of the morale of the elderly is in three dimensions of restlessness, attitude towards aging and dissatisfaction with loneliness, which is measured by the morale instrument, the Philadelphia Elderly Mood Questionnaire. Timepoint: Before the intervention, after the end of the intervention and two weeks after the end of the intervention, the mood of the elderly in both intervention and control groups is measured and compared. Method of measurement: Philadelphia Elderly morale Questionnaire.
