Inclusion criteria: Having at least bachelor's degree in nursing Having at least one-month experience of working in oncology or bone marrow transplantation departments

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participation in a similar project or workshop Lack of adequate communication with the patient due to having managerial roles

Score of self-efficacy in the Sherer questionnaire. Timepoint: before the intervention and 4 weeks after applying the "TAGEET" model (immediately after ending the intervention). Method of measurement: Sherer General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES).;Score of communication skills in the Queendom questionnaire. Timepoint: before the intervention and 4 weeks after applying the "TAGEET" model (immediately after ending the intervention). Method of measurement: Queendom Communication Skills Questionnaire.;Score of emotional regulation skills in the ERSQ questionnaire. Timepoint: before the intervention and 4 weeks after applying the "TAGEET" model (immediately after ending the intervention). Method of measurement: Berking and Znoj Emotional Regulation Skills Questionnaire (ERSQ).
