Inclusion criteria: Nurses working in inpatient departments who have been working for two years and less than two years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Failure to study at least a bachelor's degree in nursing

Empowering new nurses based on the Ministry of Health accreditation standards guide. Timepoint: Before the start of the intervention and two months after intervention. Method of measurement: Luthans Job Satisfaction Questionnaire - Allen and Meier Organizational Commitment Questionnaire - Spritzer and Mishra Psychological Empowerment Questionnaire.
