Inclusion criteria: Proximal femur fracture A candidate for surgery suffering from heart failure

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Coagulation disorders that prevent spinally anesthesia Under anticoagulant therapy Severe psychotic disorders

MeasureTime frame
Stability of the patient's hemodynamic status during surgery. Timepoint: Before spinal anesthesia, from the start of anesthesia until the end of anesthesia, during recovery after surgery and during hospitalization in the ward. Method of measurement: Patient monitoring.;Stability of hemodynamic status during hospitalization in the ward. Timepoint: During hospitalization in the ward or ICU. Method of measurement: Patient monitoring.
