Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Absence of Acute Phase Illness Presence of Occupational Career Plateau Symptoms Presence of Depressive Symptoms No History of Intra-articular Injections No History of Trauma, Injury, or Surgery in Lower Limbs No Long-Term History of Neurologically Active Medications Absence of Significant Postural Abnormalities

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of metallic implants in the head or neck region History of intracranial surgery Pregnancy or lactation Concurrent participation in other therapeutic interventions or clinical trials Unwillingness to complete the study protocol Any condition predisposing to absence from more than two sessions History of major psychiatric disorders (e.g., schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or major depressive disorder with a history of hospitalization) Use of psychoactive medications (e.g., antidepressants, anticonvulsants, anxiolytics) within the past six months

Career plateau score on the Milliman questionnaire. Timepoint: Career Plateau scores will be measured at the beginning of the study, one week before the intervention and after 12 sessions of direct current stimulation intervention. Method of measurement: Milliman Career Plateau Questionnaire.;Depression score on the Beck Depression Inventory. Timepoint: Depression scores will be measured at the beginning of the study, one week before the intervention and after 12 sessions of direct current stimulation intervention. Method of measurement: Beck Depression Questionnaire.;Ground reaction forces. Timepoint: Direct current stimulation will be performed at the beginning of the study, before the start of the interventions, and after 12 sessions of the intervention. Method of measurement: Using the Bartek force plate device.;Muscular electromyography. Timepoint: Direct current stimulation will be performed at the beginning of the study, before the start of the interventions, and after 12 sessions of the intervention.
