Ground reaction forces. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study and after 14 months (pre and post training). Method of measurement: Using force plate system.;-Muscular electromyography. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study and after 14 months (pre and post training). Method of measurement: Using electromyography system.
