Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Mothers who experience life-threatening conditions due to complications of pregnancy and childbirth according to the definition of the World Health Organization. Mothers who suffer from organ failure due to childbirth complications Severe preeclampsia Eclampsia Severe postpartum hemorrhage Blood infusion more than 5 units Septic shock Cardiovascular dysfunction Respiratory dysfunction Renal dysfunction Coagulation/hematological dysfunction Hepatic dysfunction Neurological dysfunction Uterine dysfunction: hysterectomy due uterine hemorrhage or infection leading to.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Mothers who for any reason do not want to continue to collaborate with the study.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Quality of life, PTSD, Stress, Anxiety, Depression. Timepoint: Before intervention, 3 and 6 month. Method of measurement: The SF-36 quality of life, Impact of Event Scale- Revised (IES-R) and Depression Anxiety Stress Scales (DASS-21) assessment.
