Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 14 to 17 years A score of 17 or higher on the Impact of Event Scale-Revised Introducing a person over 18 as the participant's caregiver The teenager and her legal guardian informed consent and informed assent to participate in the research

Posttraumatic stress symptoms score on the Impact of Event Scale-Revised. Timepoint: Measurement of post-traumatic stress symptoms at the beginning of the study (before the intervention) and 1 month after the intervention. Method of measurement: Impact of Event Scale-Revised questionnaire.
