Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Informed consent and willingness to participate and continue treatment Being in the age group of 25 to 50 years Being in the marital exhaustion category 63 to 105 Having a married life history of more than three years Failure to simultaneously participate in other psychological courses
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Being under psychiatric treatment and on the verge of divorce Participant withdrawal Absence of three sessions
