Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Having Consent to Cooperate Literacy for Reading and Writing Not Having a Hearing Problem Age Range from 18 to 45 Years Not Having a known mental Disorder Full Awareness and Awareness of Time and Place Getting a Score of less than 144 (low and Average) Disease Grade 2 and 3
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Occurrence of Hearing Impairment during the Study Patient Withdrawal and Unwillingness to Continue Cooperation Transferring to another Center and not Providing Treatment due to the Death of the Patient or Medical Reasons Simultaneous Participation in the same Research
