Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 18 and 50 years Having at least elementary education, Satisfaction with vaginal hygiene Use of a virtual reality headset, and the ability to see images and hear sounds

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Acute pelvic pain Perineal injury or lesion, obstetric emergency use of anti-anxiety medications psychiatric disorders Vaginismus history of sexual abuse
