Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Both male and female patients between age of 40 - 60 years. Patients with positive capsular pattern Patients experiencing pain, stiffness, and limited range of motion in the affected shoulder. Patients who have not undergone shoulder surgery or received corticosteroid injections in the past three months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of shoulder fractures, dislocations, or other significant shoulder injuries Patients with any neurological disorder Patients with fracture in and around shoulder
