Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having informed consent Being a staff of mentioned hospitals Having no participation in other subject classes at the same time. Having a minimum score (minimum score=3) in Post-Traumatic Stress Screening Questionnaire Having ability to participate in medical sessions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Absence of more than two sessions of treatment
