Conditions

Total knee arthroplasty. Unspecified complication of internal orthopedic prosthetic device, implant and graft

Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group: They will receive a 100 cc solution containing 20 mg of morphine (2 ml) in 98 ml of normal saline at a rate of 4 cc per hour using the Patient Controlled Analgesia

Inclusion criteria: All patients for whom knee prosthesis surgery is performed

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Opium sensitivity Diclofenac sensitivity Addiction Warfarin consumption

Measure	Time frame
Pain after surgery. Timepoint: Pain in patients 6, 12 and 24 hours after surgery. Method of measurement: Visual Analogue Scale.	—
