MeasureTime frame
The amount of pain is measured by the visual analogue scale (VAS) . Timepoint: The amount of pain after extubation and taking pregabalin drug is measured in the first 12 , 24 , 36 and 48 hours after surgery. Method of measurement: Visual analogue scale.

MeasureTime frame
The need for morphine administration for patients after isolated coronary artery bypass surgery. Timepoint: The first 12, 24, 36 and 48 hours after extubation. Method of measurement: The prescribed dose of morphine is based on the mg of the drug used .;Length of ICU stay after isolated coronary artery bypass surgery. Timepoint: The number of days the patients were hospitalized in the ICU . Method of measurement: number of days.;Duration of hospitalization of patients after isolated coronary artery bypass surgery.
