Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with SCC laryngeal cancer have undergone total laryngectomy and bilateral neck dissection with the same technique.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diabetes mellitus Preoperative radiotherapy Anemia before surgery Preoperative hypoalbuminemia
