Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of chronic low back pain based on DSM-5 criteria willingness to participate in the study Being 25-50 years old Adequate proficiency in Persian Chronic low back pain for 45 days or more during the last three months Diagnosis and referral of a patient with chronic low back pain by a specialist physician Based on a structured clinical interview, according to the DSM-5 (SCID-5), it is determined that the person has chronic low back pain disorder.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Adequate medical explanation for the symptoms, such as spinal stenosis (according to the neurologist's opinion) Lack of definitive diagnosis of the causes of symptoms (according to the neurologist's opinion) People with a history of chronic low back pain who are currently in an acute condition Severe psychiatric disorder (psychotic disorder, bipolar disorder, substance abuse disorder, or severe personality disorder) Diagnosis of cancer or any condition with a short life expectancy (Unless five years have passed) No history of receiving psychotherapy
