Intervention 1: Intervention Group A: Baseline treatment of ultrasound in continuous mode with frequency of 3 MHz and intensity of 0.1 to 1.5 W/cm2 and then Manual therapy (mobilization with movement)

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 20 to 45 The participants who experienced pain at the wrist, over the extensor pollicis brevis and abductor pollicis longus tendons were considered positive for tenosynovitis. Finkelstein test were used to define De Quervain
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Radial-side wrist pain due to carpometacarpal arthritis Fracture of the wrist and/or operation Immobilization
