Intervention 1: Intervention group: Laser : After preparation of the canal, the laser radiation will be performed by a 980 nm diode laser in the root canal. Irradiation will be performed in 4 pulses,

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All the patients must have pulp necrosis of mandibular molar. Patients must be between 18 to 50 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who have taken antibiotics in the month before the intervention. Patients taking analgesia 12 hours before the intervention. Teeth that have already undergone endodontic treatment. Patients who have acute pain at the time of intervention.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Pain after endodontic treatment. Timepoint: Immediately after treatment, 4 hours, 12 hours, 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours and 7 days after treatment. Method of measurement: Visual Analogue Scale.
