Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Women with recurrent implantation failure. Timepoint: Measuring blood vitamin D levels in two groups, measuring blood vitamin D levels in the clinical trial group after taking oral vitamin D And before starting the ART cycle. Method of measurement: Examining the serum level of vitamin D using a blood test, measuring the expression level of VDR, IGFB-P1, PR, PRL and HOXA10 genes in endometrial samples using Quantitative Reverse Transcription Polymerase Chain Reaction, measuring the level of IGFB-P1, PR, PRL and HOXA10 in endometrial samples using immunohistochemistry.
