Interventions

Intervention group: 35 midwives in Firozabadi hospital are in intervention group and 35 midwives in akbarabadi hospital are in control group.

Inclusion criteria: Having at list an associate degree in midwifery Having at list one year of work experience Not participation in workshop related to communication skills training

Measure	Time frame
Communicational function of midwives, work engagement of midwives. Timepoint: Measuring work engagement and communicational function before, after and one month after intervention. Method of measurement: Checklist of Calgary-Cambridge for measuring communicational function and Shoufeli questionnaire for measuring work engagement.	—
