30 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 30-60 years of age At least 12 weeks (3 months) of unilateral or bilateral low back pain at the time of invitation to participate in the study No history of trauma or surgery in the lumbar region during the past year Pain intensity of 3-7 based on visual analog scale Not receiving new rehabilitation or medicine services during the last three months No disc herniation or signs of pressure on the nerve root

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness or inability to continue their participation in the program An absence of more than three alternating sessions or two consecutive sessions in the program Participation in another rehabilitation program or receiving new medication services related to low back pain

Satisfaction with performance in daily living activities. Timepoint: Before the first intervention session, After the last intervention session, One month after the last intervention session. Method of measurement: Canadian Occupational Performance Measure.

Pain intensity. Timepoint: Before the first intervention session, After the last intervention session, One month after the last intervention session.
