post-op pain. Onset (spontaneous) of labor after 37 completed weeks of gestation but before 39 completed weeks gestation, with delivery by (planned) cesarean section

Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group1:Adminstration of celexocib 200mg 1 hour before surgery as a oral single dose therapy. Intervention 2: Intervention group2: Receiving tab gabapentin 600mg 1 hour bef

20 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Candidate for non-emergency cesarean section Lack of sensitivity to gabapentin and Non steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) No contraindication to spinal anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Prolongation of cesarean section more than 2 hours Increase incision length for any reason

Evaluation of postoperative pain using Visual Analog system (VAS). Timepoint: hours after 0,1,6,24. Method of measurement: VAS measurement system.
