Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age more than 18 years old Candidate patients for radial angiography Consent to admission to the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Contraindications to transradial access Recent history of acute myocardial infarction or stroke (less than 2 months) Surgery or trauma in the last 2 months Hypersensitivity to lidocaine Previous transradial access at the same side Raynaud's syndrome Abnormal kidney function with or without the need for hemodialysis Radial pulse not palpable
