Intervention 1: Intervention group: Patients who underwent trans-radial angiography and angiography will be performed using lidocaine injection of 5 cc with 6f vein collection sheet. Intervention 2: C

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age more than 18 years old Candidate patients for radial angiography Consent to admission to the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Contraindications to transradial access Recent history of acute myocardial infarction or stroke (less than 2 months) Surgery or trauma in the last 2 months Hypersensitivity to lidocaine Previous transradial access at the same side Raynaud's syndrome Abnormal kidney function with or without the need for hemodialysis Radial pulse not palpable

Measure	Time frame
Patient pain. Timepoint: 24 hours after completion of angiography. Method of measurement: According to the VAS scale (0-10; 0 is the least and 10 is the most pain).	—
