Inclusion criteria: Obtaining informed consent (patient or parents) Age 5-18 years old Performed pulmonary valve replacement or Fontan surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Intolerance or sensitivity to warfarin Intolerance or sensitivity to rivaroxaban
