Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Staff with a minimum of six months’ work experience who are willing to participate in the study normal sense of smell No history of allergy to herbal fragrances No use of sedative medications No history of chronic headaches or respiratory allergic diseases Normal hearing or Intact auditory function No chronic illnesses or conditions that may affect fatigue, such as anemia, cardiovascular diseases, thyroid disorders, psychiatric conditions, or diabetes
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Lack of willingness to participate and cooperate in the study at baseline (absence of initial informed consent) Frequent use of perfume, cologne, or similar fragrances Use of sedative medications or drugs that affect olfaction or fatigue
