Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Having physical condition ASA I,II Patients who are candidates for upper limb surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Cardiovascular diseases Respiratory distress Diabetes Allergy to local anesthetics Sickle cell disease Kidney or liver disease Addiction Peripheral vascular disease Psychiatric disorders Cellulitis Pregnancy Upper limb edema

| Onset and duration of anesthesia. Timepoint: Every 5 minutes from the injection of solution to the patient until the patient feels pain. Method of measurement: A feeling of pressure from a tourniquet or the beginning of pain from surgery. | — |
