Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having physical condition ASA I,II Patients who are candidates for upper limb surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cardiovascular diseases Respiratory distress Diabetes Allergy to local anesthetics Sickle cell disease Kidney or liver disease Addiction Peripheral vascular disease Psychiatric disorders Cellulitis Pregnancy Upper limb edema

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Onset and duration of anesthesia. Timepoint: Every 5 minutes from the injection of solution to the patient until the patient feels pain. Method of measurement: A feeling of pressure from a tourniquet or the beginning of pain from surgery.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Hemodynamic changes. Timepoint: Checking vital signs every 5 minutes during surgery and in the recovery section until discharge from operation room. Method of measurement: The monitor device in the operating room that shows the heart rate, oxygen saturation and blood pressure.
