Inclusion criteria: Having moderate to severe dysmenorrhea Age between 15-30 years Regular menstruation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of underlying disease Use of other medications for pain control Sensitivity to medication Infection with sexually transmitted diseases Abdominal and pelvic surgery

Severity of dysmenorrhea. Timepoint: Start of study, end of first and second month at the onset of menstruation. Method of measurement: Andersch and Milsom questionnaire.;Severity of bleeding.
