Inclusion criteria: Fischer's disease Age range 2 to 10 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hemorrhoids 2. Anal fistula 3. Anal abscess 4. Malignant diseases 5. Food allergies 6. IBD diseases

MeasureTime frame
Severity of bleeding. Timepoint: Days 0, 15, and 30 from the start of treatment. Method of measurement: Likert 4 options from 0 to 3.;Severity of pain. Timepoint: Days 0, 15 and 30 from the start of treatment. Method of measurement: Numerical score (NRS-11).;Grade of disease. Timepoint: Days 0, 15 and 30 from the start of treatment. Method of measurement: Grade 0: Healed, Grade 1: Fissure with internal anal sphincter evident. Grade 2: Deeper fissures with internal anal sphincter evident in a wider manner, Grade 3: Fissure of unknown depth, Grade 4: With perianal fistula.
