Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: • Patients aged 40-80 years • The disease should be confirmed using the orthopedic specialist's tests. • Pain in at least one knee in the last month
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: • Patients who have a history of psychosomatic disorder. • Patients who were in the acute phase of knee arthritis or had secondary osteoarthritis (such as rheumatological diseases and severe joint trauma). • Suffering from osteoarticular diseases (rheumatoid arthritis, gout) • CHF functional class three or four New York Association class • Movement disorder due to a cause other than knee and hip OA. Having metabolic diseases at the same time and obesity (BMI=40) • Recorded allergy history, phenylketonuria • Pregnancy and breastfeeding patients • Sensory disorder in the lower limbs • Cause any skin sensitivity in case of drug use • Simultaneous drug treatments with forsamide, probenecid, anticoagulants, hydantotin, sulfonamides, lithium salts, methotrexate, beta blockers or muscle relaxants. • Arthritis caused by crystals •History of heart attack, intra-articular tumors, knee ligament instability in the last 12 months.
