Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18 to 65 years Patients with mild to moderate persistent allergic asthma Body mass index(BMI):20-30 kg/m2 Both genders

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: smoking Pregnancy and lactation Cardiovascular diseases and other chronic diseases Use of antioxidant or zinc supplements in the last three months Not wanting to continue cooperation
