Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All Patient with impacted third molars

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?The horizontally impacted third molars of the mandible Patients over 30 or below 17 ?years old Existence of systemic diseases including hypertension and diabetes
