Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age range from 18 to 80 years Diagnosis of bipolar and related disorders based on DSM-V by psychiatrist have basic literacy the ability to work with a smartphone and the Internet provide written informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Moderate to severe mental retardation patients with a history of known and treated dementia

| Quality of life, prevalence of clinical symptoms and recurrence rate. Timepoint: Before intervention and 6 months after intervention. Method of measurement: The tool for collecting information is a questionnaire consists of four parts: The first part: demographic information including 5 questions (age, gender, employment, education, number of previous hospitalizations, marital status). The second part uses the Beck Depression Questionnaire, which consists of 21 items. The third section is Young's mania measurement scale, which was created by Young in 1987. This scale is an objective tool to quantify the severity of mania, which is estimated by the therapist based on the patient's individual report and observation of his clinical condition . The fourth part :World Health Organization Quality of Life Questionnaire (WHOQOL-BREF) is a 26 items questionnaire that measures the overall and public quality of life . | — |
