Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of MCI by the approval of a neurologist Score 21-25 in MoCA test Being over 60 years old and being right-handed Complaints of memory impairment Minimum literacy (at least three classes) No physical dependence on others in daily activities

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Chronic neurological diseases such as epilepsy, stroke, Parkinson disease, LBD, vascular dementia, Alzheimer disease, FTD and other neurodegenerative diseases Any type of major psychiatric disorder such as MDD, psychosis, personality disorder, BMD Addiction to alcohol and drugs (abuse and misuse) Moderate to severe traumatic brain injury

Cognitive domains include: 1) episodic memory 2) attention 3) working memory 4) information processing speed 5) language function 6) learning. Timepoint: before intervention and immediately after and one month after the interventions.
