Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: individuals seeking rhinoplasty who are candidates for alar base resection due to their wide nasal base
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of scar Systemic skin diseases and collagen-vascular disorders Congenital alar deformities Repeated Alar surgery
