Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: People with Parkinson's disease whose disease has been confirmed by a neurologist and recorded in their medical records. Being in the mild and moderate stage of the disease (stages 1, 2, 3 and 4). Have the ability to read and write, and use smartphone software.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Existence of active diseases such as cancer
